- Professional profile details, including AHPRA number, practice type, and year of first registration.
- CPD records you enter, including dates, groups, activity details, credits, standards mapping, and notes/reflections.

3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain your account and CPD tracking features.
- Calculate credits and generate summaries and exports.
- Support CPD planning and repository suggestion workflows.

4. CPD Database Sharing
When you choose to share a CPD activity to the CPD Database, only core CPD activity data is intended to be shared for review and approval. Reflection text and other private user-only notes are not intended to be shared through this workflow.
5. Storage and Security
Your information may be stored using cloud services, including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Storage. We apply role-based access controls and reasonable technical safeguards. Despite safeguards, no online environment can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to operate the platform, support legitimate security and compliance needs, and meet legal obligations. If your account is deleted, some data may be retained for required legal/security periods.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform, and where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You can update many profile fields directly in your account settings. You may request password resets through built-in account recovery. For privacy-related requests, including data access or correction enquiries, contact us using the details below.
9. Cross-Border Processing
Cloud providers may process or store data outside your local jurisdiction. By using the platform, you acknowledge this possibility subject to applicable legal protections.
