How does CPD planning work in AusPharm CPD?

The CPD Plan page helps you select National Practice Standards, find matching activities, and build a clear plan log you can export for your records.

What is the most efficient way to record CPD activities?

You can add activities directly from the CPD Database into your log, or scan a supported QR code to prefill core activity details and complete your reflection faster.

Can I filter by Australian CPD year?

Yes. Activity and credit views support CPD year filtering aligned to 1 October through 30 September.

Can I export my records for audits?

Yes. You can export your CPD activity log and plan records to PDF, including relevant details for the selected CPD year.

Where are certificate PDFs stored?

Certificate files are stored in Firebase Storage per user account. Activity records store metadata and references.

Are my reflections shared with other users?

No. Reflections remain private to your account. Shared-to-database workflows are intended to share core CPD activity data only.

What if I forget my password?

Use the Forgot Password option on the sign-in form. Firebase Authentication sends a reset link if the email exists.

Can I edit or delete activities later?

Yes. You can edit and delete CPD activities in your log, and totals update automatically.

Is the platform mobile friendly?

Yes. Landing, dashboard, database, and plan areas are responsive for phone use.
